  • Each pet must weigh 80 lbs or less

To support a comfortable environment for every resident, Eastline Grand maintains a few breed restrictions, a few of which include:

Pet Fees and Deposits

  • Pet deposit: $300 (refundable)

  • Pet fee: $350 per pet (one-time, non-refundable)
